QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban, or a related field.

• 0 – 1years of experience, ideally with exposure to facade systems (internships, academic projects, or previous roles).

• Strong interest in facade technology, building envelopes, and construction detailing.

• Have basic to advanced proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp; Revit and Grasshopper are a plus.

• Basic understanding of structural and facade systems.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn from senior professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support senior facade consultants in the development of facade design concepts and technical solutions.

• Assist in preparing design reports, technical drawings, and performance studies for a variety of facade systems

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD, Sketchup, or similar tools.

• Help coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and manufacturers to ensure feasible and well-integrated facade solutions.

• Research facade materials, components, and systems for compliance with performance, durability, sustainability, and cost-efficiency requirements.

• Participate in facade performance assessments (thermal, acoustic) and prepare relevant documentation.

• Stay informed about emerging facade technologies, materials, and sustainability standards.

• Follow architectural trends and advancements
