Draftsman Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join Vaastu Global. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects while integrating architectural principles with Vaastu compliance. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts as per client requirements

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction plans

• Ensure all designs comply with Vaastu principles and company standards

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Conduct site visits and provide design inputs during execution

• Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues

3. Documentation & Approvals

• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation

• Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities

• Maintain project records and documentation systematically

4. Client Interaction

• Understand client requirements and provide design solutions

• Present concepts, drawings, and revisions to clients

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure designs meet safety, legal, and environmental standards

• Maintain quality control throughout project lifecycle

• Implement best practices in architectural design and execution

• Timely delivery of design projects

• Accuracy and quality of drawings

• Client satisfaction and feedback

• Number of revisions due to errors

• Adherence to Vaastu principles

• Coordination efficiency with project teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• Minimum [X] years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software

• Strong understanding of Vaastu principles (preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
