We are looking for a Diploma/Degree Architect/ Engineers to join our team at Eminent Colonizers Private Limited for planning, budgeting and execution of building construction sites. The role involves reading AutoCAD drawings, carrying out budgeting, preparing measurement bills as per drawings, planning site work, overseeing construction work and coordinating with employees, vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings.

• Preparation of BBS, MBs, Costing Analysis as per AutoCAD drawings.

• Planning Construction and manage client coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, and have a strong knowledge of MS Office like Excel, Word.

• Computer Proficient specially in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Word.

• Preparation of BBS, MBs, Costing Analysis for the construction works.

• Preparation and submission of Bills on Regular Basis to Clients.

• Checking/ Verification of Raw Materials, Petty Contractors, Suppliers, Labour, Etc.

• Proficiency in Quantity Estimation, Costing, Civil Site engineering.

• Coordination with site Engineers as per the Drawings and Specifications.

• Study Site Technical Drawings (Both Physical and AutoCAD).

• Site Management/ Support to the Senior Engineers/ Management for all site works.

• Various Other Day-To-Day Site Activities as per the guidance of the Management.

• Conduct Quality Control checks at site to ensure compliance with specifications.
