Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeller to create accurate and detailed 3D models for industrial, civil, and structural projects. The candidate will work closely with design engineers and project teams to develop visualizations, fabrication models, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models of industrial structures, PEB buildings, and civil components
Prepare detailed drawings from 3D models (GA drawings, shop drawings)
Create 3D renderings and walkthroughs for project visualization
Coordinate with design and site teams for model accuracy
Perform quantity take-offs from 3D models
Modify models based on client and project requirements
Ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications
Maintain proper documentation of models and revisions

Software Skills Required

AutoCAD
SketchUp / Revit
Tekla Structures (preferred for steel structures)
3ds Max / Lumion (for rendering & visualization)
