The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of epoxy resin, casting techniques, and finishing processes. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, aesthetic resin products ranging from home decor to custom art pieces.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction: Handcraft resin products such as tables, wall art, coasters, jewelry, or trays (as per business needs).Technical Execution: Accurately measure and mix resin and hardener ratios to ensure proper curing.Design & Color: Expertly use alcohol inks, pigments, powders, and inclusions (like dried flowers or stones) to create unique designs.Finishing Work: Perform de-molding, sanding, buffing, and polishing to achieve a flawless, crystal-clear, or high-gloss finish.Quality Control: Monitor the curing process to prevent bubbles, dust particles, or uneven surfaces.Innovation: Experiment with new molds, techniques, and materials to keep our product line fresh and trendy.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as a Resin Artist (Portfolio of previous work is a must).Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of different types of resins (Coating vs. Casting) and their pot life/curing times.Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using heat guns, torches, sanders, and various polishing tools.Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for symmetry, color balance, and clean edges.Safety Conscious: Knowledge of handling chemicals safely, including the use of PPE (masks, gloves, etc.).Preferred AttributesAbility to work independently and meet production deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., fixing surface imperfections).Passion for art and staying updated with global resin trends.
