Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee commercial and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise day-to-day construction activities at commercial and residential project sites
✔ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
✔ Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
✔ Inspect site work to maintain quality standards and safety compliance
✔ Monitor material usage, inventory, and site resources
✔ Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
✔ Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with project engineers and management
✔ Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and construction standards
✔ Communicate project updates with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering
B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Any Degree with relevant Construction Site Supervision experience
Experience
Fresher to 2 Years Experience
