We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Sakshi Electrical Services to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹28,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications and project schedules.

• Coordinate and monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and interior fit-out works, as applicable to the project.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools and equipment at the site.

• Monitor the progress of turnkey project activities and report delays or execution issues to the Project Manager.

• Verify site measurements and work completion against approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure materials are stored safely and protected against damage, theft and wastage.

• Raise material indents in advance based on project requirements.

• Report shortages, excess consumption, damaged materials and potential cost overruns to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6 years of experience.
