We are looking for a Civil site supervisor to join our team at Sadguru Solutions to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Operations: Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work follows approved plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
· Workforce Management: Direct and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
· Safety Enforcement: Implement health and safety standards, check for site hazards, and ensure proper use of protective gear.
· Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials to detect defects and fix errors immediately.
· Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track attendance records, and report project status updates to project managers.
Job Requirements:
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
· Experience: Proven hands-on work experience as a civil supervisor or in a key on-site construction role.
· Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
· Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong leadership, and practical problem-solving abilities.
