Post - Civil Site Supervisor
Salary - ₹20,000 - ₹30,000
Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities, monitor progress, and report directly to the Project Manager.
Workforce & Subcontractor Coordination: Direct construction crews, assign tasks, and manage external contractors or suppliers.
Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings to guide on-site execution.
Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct hazard assessments, and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Material & Equipment Tracking: Order building materials, track inventory, and monitor the safe deployment of construction machinery.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs, worker attendance, site reports, and progress
Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
Qualification - Graduate
Experience - 1 - 6+ years of experience.
Applicants must be proficient in tools like Auto CAD, a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
