Job Description – Site Supervisor

Site Location: Kalachowki, near Kingston Tower, Mumbai – 400033

Department: Construction

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekly off any one day between Tuesday–Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Kalachowki site and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision and be capable of coordinating with contractors, workers, and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

• Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager

• Inspect completed work and identify any defects or rework requirements

• Maintain site records, attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports

• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution

• Ensure timely availability of construction materials and coordinate with procurement

• Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential projects

• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs

• Knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
