Position: Site Engineer

Touchstone is a design & build turnkey contracting company, established in 2007. The company handles projects in IT, ITES, Retail, Hospitality, Institutional, and Manufacturing sectors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Fresher to support our construction and interior projects. The candidate will assist the senior engineers and project team in managing day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of construction and interior projects.

• Monitor daily site activities and work progress.

• Assist Senior Engineers / Project Managers at the site.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and vendors.

• Assist with site measurements and basic quantity calculations.

• Check and maintain construction and interior materials at the site.

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.

• Maintain basic records of materials and site activities.

• Assist in preparing daily site progress reports.

• Support quality checking of completed work.

• Follow project drawings, instructions, and specifications.

• Ensure basic safety and housekeeping at the project site.

• Report site requirements and issues to the senior team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic knowledge of building construction and interior works.

• Basic knowledge of measurements and construction materials.

• Knowledge of civil/interior drawings is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to learn and work at project sites.

• Must be willing to travel and relocate as required.

Work Location

Projects will be carried out at different locations across:

Tamil Nadu | Andhra Pradesh | Karnataka

The candidate must be willing to travel and stay at the project site as required.

Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Each project may continue for approximately 3–6 months.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka are preferred.
