Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills.
Take and verify site measurements as per drawings and actual work executed.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
Check contractor bills against work completed and approved measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and project teams for billing-related requirements.
Track work quantities, material consumption, and project costs.
Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies in bills and resolve them in coordination with the site team.
Assist in project cost estimation, reconciliation, and final billing.
Ensure timely submission and processing of all bills and payment documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in civil billing and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and quantity calculations.
Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other building construction works.
Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software.
Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Candidates with residential/redevelopment project experience will be preferred.
