We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Honest Hire to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations
Monitor and track material usage and availability at site
Report daily progress and site updates to the execution team
Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at the project site
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper documentation among the workforce

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient Diploma in Civil or related trade (BE / BTech not required)

Strong site management and communication skills
Knowledge of safety practices and site discipline.
