Land Surveyor

📋 Job Description:

A construction land surveyor measures and maps the earth's surface to establish official boundaries, guide building layouts, and ensure structures are built in the correct locations. They use advanced tools like GPS, total stations, and CAD software to provide critical data for engineers and architects.

🎓 Education & Experience:

1- ITI or Relevant Certificate In Land Survey.

2- 04 To 05 Years Experience In Land Survey.

💵 CTC:

Rs. 02.40LPA To Rs.03.00LPA

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1- Site Measurement:

Collect precise data on angles, elevations, and distances using specialized equipment.

2- Layout and Marking:

Stake out property lines, building corners, column positions, and utility alignments on the construction site.

3- Data Processing:

Convert field measurements into digital maps, charts, and blueprints using CAD or GIS software.

4- Record Research:

Review historical land titles, deeds, and prior legal surveys to verify property boundaries.

5- Team Collaboration:

Work alongside project managers, civil engineers, and contractors to prevent structural or placement errors.

🧩 Skills Required:

1- Technical Proficiency:

Experience with tools like total stations, GPS units, and software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

2- Math and Detail Skills:

Strong background in geometry and trigonometry with high precision in data recording.Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk rough terrain.

3- Communication Skills:

Good Communication, Coordination & Time management skills with team and on-site staff.
