Job Profile- Foreman/Site Supervisor

Company Name- One Group

Location- Mohali, Punjab

Minimum experience required - 10 years+

Supervise daily site activities, manage labour allocation, and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise construction work.

- Allocate tasks to labour and subcontractors.

- Check quality and enforce safety norms.

- Maintain attendance and productivity records.

Must‑Haves:

- Diploma/ITI Civil.

- 10+ years of site supervision experience.

- Strong knowledge of finishing and labor management.

- Experience in Aluminum Formwork (MIVAN) must.
