We Are Hiring An Architectural Draftsman & Civil Draftsman

Job Description:

1- An Architectural Draftsman creates detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models from architects' concepts using CAD software (like AutoCAD) and BIM, ensuring compliance with building codes; they translate designs into plans for construction, liaise with builders, and update drawings for various building projects, requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of UDCPR regulations.

2- A Civil Draftsman creates detailed technical drawings, plans, and models for construction and infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, buildings) using CAD software, working closely with engineers to convert concepts into precise, compliant blueprints, ensuring accuracy, adherence to standards, and supporting project execution from start to finish.

Experience:

02 To 03 years of experience in Architectural Drafting & Civil Drafting.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or Architecture.

Salary:

Rs.03.00LPA To Rs.03.60LPA

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.

2- Develop municipal submission drawings, approval drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

3- Prepare area statements, room data sheets, and technical schedules.

4- Develop detailed 2D/3D plans, layouts, and schematics for civil projects.

5- Calculate dimensions, angles, and measurements, ensuring drawings meet engineering principles.

6- Ensure all plans comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

7- Update and revise drawings based on feedback and site adjustments.

8- Maintain organized records of drawings and project information.

Key Skills Required:

1- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Revit).

2- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.

3- Strong understanding of engineering principles, geometry, and mathematics.

4- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5- Good communication and teamwork skills.

6- Ability to interpret sketches, layouts, and specifications.

7- Relevant diploma or certification in drafting/architecture preferred.
