We are looking for a Civil draughtsman to join our team at Unimax International to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural/Structure design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Revit SketchUp or 2Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
