आर्किटेक्चर/डिजाइन सिविल ड्राफ्ट्समैन

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural drafting, detailed drawings, working drawings and construction documentation, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction drawings.

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and architectural layouts.

• Translate architectural concepts and designs into accurate technical drawings.

• Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) and detailed working drawings as required.

• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.

• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications and constructability.

• Incorporate revisions based on architect/client/consultant feedback.

• Assist architects in developing detailed design and documentation packages.

• Prepare detailed drawings for doors, windows, furniture, finishes, staircases, toilets and other architectural elements.

• Maintain drawing standards, layers, nomenclature and documentation protocols.

• Coordinate with site/project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

• Support quantity estimation and material documentation wherever required.

• Ensure drawings are issued within agreed timelines and maintain proper revision records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship or a related field.

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Strong understanding of architectural construction and detailing.

• Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods and architectural standards.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to independently handle drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, institutional or infrastructure projects and are comfortable taking drawings from design development through detailed documentation.
