Draughtsman – Job Description
Job Title: Draughtsman

Experience: 6 months to 2 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to convert designs into detailed working drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams.
Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.
Ensure drawings are accurate and follow construction standards.
Assist with site measurements and drawing verification.
Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of architectural and construction drawings.
Understanding of floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Basic knowledge of building construction and materials.
Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an added advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred: 6 months to 2 Years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
