We are looking for a Civil draughtsman to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Private Limited The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000/- per month + PF and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Develop structural, architectural, and site drawings as per project requirements.
Modify and update drawings based on engineer/client instructions.
Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams for drawing accuracy.
Prepare BOQ, measurement sheets, and basic estimation support if required.
Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings and revisions.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Visit project sites when necessary for measurements and drawing verification.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
Basic knowledge of civil construction and structural drawings.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and detailing.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
