Job Title: Civil Engineer – AAC Blocks Industry

Experience: 1yrs – 3yrs

Location: Thumbai Village, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu

Qualifications: M.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / M.Tech preferred

We are seeking a highly qualified Civil Engineer with expertise in concrete testing and AAC block technology to join our AAC blocks manufacturing and technical team. The role focuses on quality control, research, and technical supervision to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control procedures for AAC block manufacturing

• Supervise AAC block installation and site activities

• Conduct material testing, mix design optimization, and product evaluation

• Develop testing protocols for compressive strength, density, thermal conductivity, and moisture resistance

• Analyze test results and recommend process and product improvements

• Lead research initiatives to improve AAC manufacturing and testing methods

• Develop innovative solutions to enhance block quality, strength, and durability

• Provide technical guidance to clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Collaborate with industry partners to address emerging trends and challenges

• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in concrete and material testing

• Experience in AAC blocks or construction industry preferred

• Knowledge of quality standards and testing methodologies

• Good communication and research skills

• Willingness to travel for site visits if required
