Civil draughtsman biling

We are looking for a Civil Biling Draughtsman to join our team at Sadguru Solutions to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Measurement: Take physical measurements of completed work on-site and record them in Measurement Books (MB).

• Bill Preparation: Draft Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and vendor/subcontractor invoices.

• BOQ & Drawing Study: Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and extract quantities from architectural or AutoCAD drawings.

• Rate Analysis: Compute costs for extra items or project variations based on contract terms.

• Reconciliation: Match material consumed on-site with billed quantities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience.

· Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.

· Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

· Responsible for verification of certified RA bills

· Identification and preparation of extra -items.

· Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

· Estimating and costing

· Rate Analysis

· Preparation and certification bar bending schedule

· Back to back contractor billing

· Sub-contractor Billing.
