AutoCAD draftsman

Job description 1) Position: AutoCAD draftsman 2) Qualification: ITI (civil draftsman) or Diploma in Civil 3) Experience: 1 to 2 years (candidate preferred from land survey firms, real estate development companies, civil consultancy) 4) Location: Ch. Sambhaji Nagar (Work from Home preferred) 5) Travelling: Once or twice a month to Mumbai / Pune office. Expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy. 6) Salary: Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending upon experience. 7) Responsibilities and hands-on experience required in: a) Prepare civil drawings in AutoCAD – land mapping & GIS drafting b) Worked on GIS tools like QGIS or ArcGIS c) Spatial file creation – generate, edit, clean KML & KMZ files d) Overlaying traditional paper maps, PDFs, or blueprint images onto digital satellite maps accurately. e) Understand raw land data, survey coordinates, and CAD drawings, and converting into precise spatial layouts—specifically KML/KMZ formats, for visualization in Google Earth, ArcGIS, or custom mapping platforms. f) Familiar with Maharashtra’s land revenue records and terms like 7/12 extract, Gat numbers, land layout patterns and extract these documents online from government websites. g) Should be able to create KML file from 7/12 extract or village name and survey or Gat numbers. Note: Shortlisted candidate will undergo evaluation test.
