About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers across various engineering domains, using CAD software on a global scale. You will gain valuable international exposure by interacting with CSPL clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using our CAD software via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance.

• Assist clients with installation, activation, licensing, and upgrade of CAD software.

• Troubleshoot software errors, compatibility issues, and performance problems.

• Guide customers on best practices, commands, and workflows in AutoCAD to enhance their productivity.

• Conduct online or onsite training sessions for customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E or B.Tech Mandatory

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Aerospace or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D design).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.) is an added advantage.
