AutoCAD Designer

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are looking to hire experienced Civil AutoCAD Draftsmen for our ongoing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects.

Position: Civil AutoCAD Draftsman

Location: Mumbai

Company: Pollucon Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed GA (General Arrangement) drawings for STP / ETP plants

• Drafting of civil layout drawings, equipment layouts, and piping layouts

• Preparation of RCC drawings including tanks (aeration tank, MBBR tank, clarifier, treated water tank, etc.)

• Drafting of structural drawings such as foundations, supports, platforms, and walkways

• Preparation of P&ID drawings (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams)

• Preparation of hydraulic profile drawings and flow diagrams

• Drafting of piping isometric drawings and routing layouts

• Preparation of shop drawings and fabrication drawings for tanks and skid-mounted systems

• Coordination with process, mechanical, and electrical teams for drawing inputs

• Modification and updating of drawings as per site conditions and consultant comments

• Preparation of as-built drawings after project completion

• Ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and standards

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory)

• Good understanding of STP/ETP processes (MBBR, SBR, MBR, etc.)

• Knowledge of civil and structural design basics

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs

• Familiarity with piping layouts, equipment positioning, and hydraulic flow

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in water/wastewater treatment projects

• Knowledge of 3D software (optional – e.g., SketchUp / AutoCAD 3D)

• Understanding of electrical layouts and panel positioning (added advantage)

Experience Required:

2 to 5 Years (relevant experience in STP/ETP projects preferred)

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / BE in Civil Engineering or related field
