Job Description

Position: Designer cum Sales Coordinator
Industry: Retail / Real Estate
Number of Openings: 2

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory
Good computer proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Email communication

Preferred Experience

Modular kitchen showroom sales
Kitchen designing

Language Requirements

Hindi
English
Bengali
(Strong communication skills are essential)

Key Responsibilities

Understand and explain kitchen products and accessories to customers
Maintain attractive showroom presentation and stock arrangement
Handle customer interactions and showroom sales
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales
Design modular kitchens as per customer requirements using company software
Conduct customer follow-ups and calling activities
Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with backend showroom operations
Visit customer locations for measurements when required
Communicate with customers via phone and email

Salary: Based on candidate profile, experience, and suitability
