• Ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management:
• Developing and managing budgets for new product development projects.
• Allocating resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Risk Management:
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development.
• Developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicating progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
