*Role & Responsibilities: Architect cum Project Manager*
1. *Design & Technical Documentation*
- *AutoCAD Management*: Responsibility for creating and managing sections, layouts, and both 2D and 3D renders.
- *Detailed Drawing Preparation*: Developing comprehensive drawings for site coordination, including area and material calculations.
- *Sectional Analysis*: Drafting specific sectional drawings and acoustic material layouts for walls and partitions.
2. *Material Planning & BOQ Management*
- *Bill of Quantities (BOQ)*: Creating and managing the BOQ based on recommended layouts.
- *Material Specification*: Calculating material requirements and sizes, specifically focusing on items like hangers and acoustic accessories.
- *Wastage Control*: Calculating wastage percentages and optimizing material usage through “overlap” analysis across all project areas.
3. *Project Management & Site Coordination*
- *Site Inspection*: Conducting regular site visits to ensure work aligns with technical drawings.
- *Stakeholder Liaison*: Managing coordination with Architects and Project Management Consultants (PMC).
- *On-Site Execution Support*: Explaining drawings to the coordinator and monitoring site-level material levels and column/area statuses.
4. *Project Manager*
- *Contractor Management*: Managing coordination with Architects and Project Management Consultants (PMC) and our own contractor.
- *Reporting*: Weekly/monthly and final reporting as per contractor including actual labour cost, scheduled variation and rework, etc.
- *Handling Over Site*: Getting site inspection done and getting final sign off from client/architecture.
