(1) Preparation of detailed P&ID, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for systems like Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), Sequencing (Sequential) Batch Reactor (SBR), Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) related to Wastewater Treatment [Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)] and Water Treatment (Filtration, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF)] 

(2) Preparation of Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Architectural drawings, including layout, GA drawings and equipment fabrication drawings.

(3) Designing and development of hydraulic diagrams, piping layouts and process schematics for  Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Reverse Osmosis (RO)/Ultra Filtration (UF) systems.

(4) Detailed pipeline routing, sizing, and equipment sizing along with overall plant design.

(5) Preparation of drainage layouts and section drawings with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) details.

(6) Preparation of Bill Of Materials (BOM) and support in quantity estimation.

(7) Preparation of cabling layouts and instrumentation details.

(8) Preparation of equipment data sheets based on project requirements and standards.

(9) Coordination with procurement for equipment finalization and cost-effective solutions.

(10) Understanding of site development, site grading, and earthwork planning.

(11) Design and engineering support for water, sewerage and drainage projects.

(12) Coordination with clients/consultants for drawing approvals, revisions and technical discussions.

Job Specifications/Desired Requirements/Required Skills/Desired Skills : An employee/A workforce/A candidate/A job seeker must has/possess the practical/feasible/technical/sound knowledge of 

(1) Design engineering of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants.

(2) Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF) processes.

(3) Proficiency in Auto Computer Aided Design (CAD) and design tools.

(4) Good understanding of P&ID, hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing.

(5) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

(6) Strong coordination and communication skills.

(7) Experience/Exposure in Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), Sequencing (Sequential) Batch Reactor (SBR), Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) technologies.

(8) Familiarity with relevant design standards and codes.

(9) Exposure to site execution or commissioning support.
