Role Overview

We’re looking for a design-first Junior Architect who enjoys getting into the nuts and bolts of how spaces come together. This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond drafting and actively participate in the journey from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed working drawings using AutoCAD (primary responsibility)

• Assist in concept design and 3D visualization (SketchUp + rendering tools)

• Conduct site visits to understand on-ground execution and challenges

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams

• Support in client discussions and presentations when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – mandatory

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • MS Office

• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction execution

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

• V-Ray / D5 / 3ds Max / Revit

Growth & Learning Opportunity

Within 2–3 months, you will be expected to:

• Independently handle complete working drawings for projects

• Manage coordination with teams and vendors
