We are looking for a Architect to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
• Support planning and execution of commercial and retail projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and site personnel.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
• Ensure drawings and project documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain effective coordination between office-based design work and on-site activities.
Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, civil engineering, interiors, or project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of technical drawings.
• Understanding of commercial and retail project requirements.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Male candidates preferred.
