Architect

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer with experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) projects.

2–3 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates from a QSR background who have hands-on experience in restaurant planning, kitchen layouts, and interior coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from site feasibility to design coordination and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of architectural and interior layouts for QSR outlets.

• Planning and designing commercial kitchens as per operational requirements.

• Conducting site feasibility studies and preparing feasibility reports.

• Coordination with consultants and vendors for services integration.

• Knowledge of MEP services including:

  • HVAC

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Fire Fighting

• Preparation of 2D drawings and 3D views/renderings.

• Coordination during execution and ensuring design compliance on site.

• Understanding of mall and commercial fit-out guidelines will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior and architectural detailing.

• Experience in QSR/restaurant projects is mandatory.

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max or similar 3D software

  • Photoshop/MS Office

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with prior experience in brands such as QSR chains, cafés, food courts, or restaurant interiors will be preferred.
