We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior and exterior fit-out projects for commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, restaurants, and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project planning, execution, vendor coordination, and client communication, ensuring timely and quality project delivery within budget.
Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior and exterior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent and project specifications are met.
Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Manage procurement, material approvals, and vendor negotiations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.
Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and risks proactively.
Ensure all documentation, drawings, and change orders are properly managed and recorded.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
Ensure final project handover and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
3–5 years of experience managing commercial interior and exterior projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Proven track record in project scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience in corporate office fit-outs, retail, or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and site execution.
PMP or equivalent certification (optional but preferred).
Local language is must
