Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Billing Engineer with strong expertise in billing, estimation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate bills, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

• Handling RA (Running Account) Billing

• Reviewing drawings and performing BOQ corrections

• Site planning and coordination

• Client coordination and communication

• Conducting rate analysis and costing

• Quantity take-off and reconciliation

• Project estimation and budgeting

• Ensuring timely billing and proper documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing processes, and estimation

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings

• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in residential or commercial construction projects

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
