Job Title: Architect

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Andheri East

Qualification: B. Arch / M. Arch from a recognized institution

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with over 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, redevelopment projects, government liaisoning, and preparation of feasibility reports. The ideal candidate must be proficient in relevant design software and possess strong project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare architectural designs, concepts, and presentations as per client and project requirements.

 Work on redevelopment and retrofit projects, including site analysis and feasibility studies.

 Develop design layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.

 Liaise with government departments, statutory bodies, and consultants for approvals and NOCs.

 Conduct site visits for project coordination, verification, and implementation support.

 Prepare and review Site Visit Report, feasibility reports, planning reports, and technical documentation.

 Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration.

 Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.

 Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills:

 Proficiency in design and drafting tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

 Strong knowledge of redevelopment policies, municipal regulations, and approval processes.

 Good understanding of planning norms, DCR, and development control regulations.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in handling MHADA / SRA / DCPR / Urban Redevelopment projects.

 Exposure to GIS-based tools and digital survey analysis.

 Knowledge of project estimation and BOQ preparation will be an advantage.
