Job Title: Freelance AutoCAD Architect / Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced freelance AutoCAD Designer or Architectural Draftsman for a small commercial building design project.

Project Details:

- Site Size: 25 ft × 15 ft 6 in

- Ground Floor: 3 commercial shops

- First Floor: One common office across all three shops

- Staircase: Concealed staircase at the rear of the middle shop, turning right while going up to the office

- Roof: Sloping roof, higher at the front and lower at the rear

- Ground Floor Height: 10 ft

Scope of Work:

1. Dimensioned 2D ground-floor plan

2. First-floor office plan

3. Front and side elevations

4. Building section

5. Conceptual column and steel-frame layout

6. 3D exterior view

7. Editable DWG/DXF files and final PDF drawings

Required Skills:

- AutoCAD 2D drafting

- Architectural floor planning

- Building elevation and section drawings

- Basic 3D modelling and rendering

- Experience with small commercial buildings
