Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved drawings, timelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and 3D concepts for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare working drawings, detailed plans, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site engineers.

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, municipal approvals, and safety norms.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution as per design specifications.

• Assist in obtaining approvals from authorities (Municipal Corporation, Fire, Environmental, etc.).

• Manage BOQs and material specifications in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.

• Review contractor work and provide design clarifications when required.

• Ensure optimal space utilization, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.

• Participate in client meetings and present architectural proposals when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

• Registered with Council of Architecture (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate/residential projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar design software

• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes
