# Architect

## Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architect to join our team. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of Government and Commercial projects, leading design and documentation activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural solutions for Government and Commercial projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs/BOPs, project documentation, and technical specifications.

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Conduct site visits as required to review construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to approved designs.

• Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and coordination discussions.

• Support project approvals, documentation management, and execution processes.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• Experience working on Government and Commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in team handling and project coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant architectural software.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
