Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect Coordinator to manage architectural coordination, project planning, execution, client communication, and support business development activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of DCPR 2034, AutoCAD, and Revit along with experience in construction and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural projects from planning through execution.

• Review and understand architectural drawings and designs.

• Coordinate with architects, clients, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, vendors, and internal teams.

• Support design approvals and ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project quality, timelines, and client requirements.

• Meet potential clients, present project solutions, and support lead conversion.

• Assist with marketing, promotional and business development activities.

• Prepare reports, quotations, and proposals.

• Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and industry events.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction/architecture.

• Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Good architectural drawing and project coordination skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

• Good client and stakeholder management skills.
