Job Title: Architect (Residential Design)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: RR nagar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with at least 2 years of experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing building layouts and interior spaces while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design building layouts and interior spaces with a strong focus on aesthetics, functionality, and space optimization

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using CAD software

• Create 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts

• Coordinate closely with clients to understand requirements and preferences

• Work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and project teams

• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations

• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving design-related issues

• Deliver projects within defined budget constraints

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential architecture/interior design

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit or similar)

• Strong design sensibility and spatial planning skills

• Ability to create 3D models and presentations

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
