Aneja Constructions India Limited is a leading infrastructure and civil construction

company engaged in executing large-scale projects across India including roads,

highways, industrial projects, pilling works, earthworks, and civil infrastructure

developments.

Position Overview

W e are looking for a n experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and

manage civil construction and infrastructure projects in Delhi. The candidate will b e

responsible for complete project execution, planning, coordination, budgeting, quality

control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete project execution activities from planning to handover.

Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and site progress.

Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Handle project planning, billing, estimation, and cost control activities.

• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

• Manage procurement planning and material reconciliation.

• Prepare MIS reports, DRs, and project progress reports.

• Resolve site execution challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and project staff.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E i n Civil Engineering.

• Additional certification in Project Management will be an advantage.

• 5-8 years of experience in civil/infrastructure construction projects.

• Experience in roads, highways, industrial, piling, or heavy civil projects preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong project execution and construction management skills.

• Expertise in project planning and site coordination.

• Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and cost management.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Compensation

Salary (Monthly) : 30000-40000 Per Month
