Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer who excels in design development, technical drawings, and cost estimation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing accurate BOQs, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to handle both 2D and 3D design work from concept to execution. Attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a practical understanding of site execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

• Create high-quality 3D views and renderings for client presentations.

• Prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and specifications.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.

• Modify designs as per client feedback and project requirements.

• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with project standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expert in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing.

• Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed BOQs and estimates.

• Proficient in 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent).

• Strong visualisation, space planning, and detailing skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 0 to 1years of relevant experience in interior design projects (residential/commercial).

• Experience in project execution and site coordination is preferred.
