✨ Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Designer / Sr. Designer (AutoCAD & Millwork) with hands-on expertise in Furniture, Joinery, and Millwork Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in AutoCAD drafting / detailing, 3D modeling, and advanced millwork design software. You will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, and supporting customized furniture/joinery manufacturing projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Create precise 2D drafting & detailing using AutoCAD and develop 3D models for furniture & joinery projects

✅ Work on millwork & custom joinery design, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with standards

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development & product improvements

✅ Use tools like SWood–SolidWorks, Cabinet Vision, 2020 Design, Microvellum, imos-iX, HOMAG iX to produce design-ready outputs

✅ Prepare technical documentation including drawings, BOMs, and specifications

✅ Apply quality tools & design standards for accuracy and consistency

✅ Coordinate with internal teams & clients for project execution and communication

🎓 Qualification & Skills

📍 Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

📍 Experience: 2–5 years in Furniture / Millwork / Joinery design

📍 Technical Expertise:

AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – Mandatory

Experience in:

• SWood for SolidWorks

• Cabinet Vision

• 2020 Design (Kitchen Cabinet)

• Microvellum

• imos-iX

• HOMAG iX

📍 Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials, hardware, design methodology, and NPD
