Job Description

LTK Interior Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer proficient in 2D and 3D designing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior layouts, space planning, material selection, and 3D visualization for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, and technical drawings.

- Develop realistic 3D interior designs and renders.

- Prepare furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, and interior hardware.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and the execution team.

- Understand project requirements and convert concepts into practical designs.

- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

- Ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual appeal in all designs.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering software is an advantage.

- Good understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, and interior detailing.

- Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
