Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D / 2D Interior Designer proficient in SketchUp, D5 Render, and V-Ray. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D architectural drawings and producing high-end, photo-realistic 3D visualizations that bring residential and commercial design concepts to life for client presentations and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization: Build detailed 3D models of interiors, custom millwork, and architectural elements using SketchUp; produce high-fidelity, photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using D5 Render and V-Ray.

Lighting & Materials: Expertly configure realistic lighting scenarios (natural and artificial), apply high-resolution textures, and refine material finishes to reflect real-world specifications.

2D Drafting & Working Drawings: Develop precise 2D layouts, elevations, sections, electrical/plumbing coordination plans, and detailed joinery drawings using AutoCAD / LayOut.

Design Coordination: Collaborate directly with senior designers and project leads to iterate on design schemes, mood boards, and material selection palettes.

Site & Vendor Alignment: Ensure technical drawings align with on-site measurements and manufacturing/fabrication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp, D5 Render, V-Ray, and AutoCAD (familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for post-production is a strong plus).

Technical Drafting: Solid grasp of interior detailing, joinery specifications, standard construction clearances, and site working drawings.

Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of interior aesthetics, color theory, lighting design, texture mapping, and spatial planning.

Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D interior renders and accurate 2D working drawing sets is mandatory.

Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
