2D/3D आर्किटेक्ट

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.

• Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Prepare layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevation drawings, and presentation drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Produce high-quality visualization and rendering for client presentations.

• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and project files.

• Assist in preparing material boards, mood boards, and presentation sheets.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior design or architectural visualization.

• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and interior detailing.

• Ability to produce both technical drawings and realistic 3D renders.

• Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

• Understanding of interior execution and site coordination.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
