We are looking for a creative and practical Architect who can handle residential design projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and site coordination ability to deliver modern, functional, and client-focused spaces.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop modern and practical residential design concepts.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences.
Create 2D layouts, 3D models, and walkthrough concepts.
Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, and interior teams.
Assist in material selection, façade design, and space planning.
Ensure designs follow BBMP/bylaw regulations and construction standards.
Modify designs based on site conditions and client feedback.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of residential planning and modern elevations.
- Good knowledge of construction details and materials.
- Ability to prepare GFC drawings and technical details.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Site coordination and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in residential construction projects.
Strong aesthetic sense with practical execution knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passion for modern, minimal, and functional design.
