Job Description

We are looking for a 2D/3D Architect to join our team at Roy Square Enterprise to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts of hospital buildings.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings of Hospitals using design software.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans or for measurement.
Fulfil client's expectation as per the requirements and modifications

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is BTech in Architecture or Civil/ Diploma in civil and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
