Job Description:

We are looking for hiring a creative and inspired Asst. Architect/Interior Designer to work in our Team. Good traits are to be able to think creatively about the use of space and be able to visualize space in three dimensions, colour and movement & draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration. The idea is to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting clients alongwith Principal Architect to understand their needs and requirements.

• Taking brief from Principal Architect & preparing Design drawings. Doing site measurements. 

• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications & construction documents.

• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

• Preparing Powerpoint presentations and 3D Renders.

• Site visit as per requirement. 

• Inspect design after completion to determine if client goals have been met.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in architecture or interior design or a related field.

• Creative, imaginative and artistic.

• Excellent technical drawing skills.

• Demonstrates good English speaking skills. 

• Ability to gather reference images from internet search engines. 

• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards, will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt) and AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, Enscape etc.
