We are a fast-growing architectural and BIM-focused firm delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects primarily in the U.S. market. Our work spans Permit Sets, Construction Documents, BIM Development, and 3D Visualization.

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Architects who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world international projects.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

📐 Architectural Documentation

• Assist in preparation of SD, DD, Permit Sets, and Construction Document (CD) sets.

• Draft architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit/AutoCAD.

• Support revisions based on internal reviews and city comments.

• Ensure drawings comply with basic building codes and ADA requirements (training will be provided).

🏢 BIM & Modeling Support

• Develop and modify Revit models (LOD 200–350) under senior supervision.

• Assist in Scan-to-BIM workflows (Point Cloud/Matterport data when required).

• Support coordination with structural and MEP teams.

🛠️ Design & Visualization

• Assist in 3D modeling using SketchUp/Revit.

• Support rendering tasks (Lumion/3ds Max/Photoshop).

• Prepare presentation sheets and basic marketing visuals.

📋 Quality & Coordination

• Follow project checklists and internal QA processes.

• Coordinate with senior architects to resolve drawing issues.

• Maintain organized file structures and documentation standards.

✅ Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 0–3 years of professional experience (freshers with strong software skills may apply).

• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Basic understanding of construction drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with U.S. permit drawings (good to have, not mandatory).

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or 3ds Max.

• Understanding of building codes and documentation standards.
